Remote/Online Security System Technical Support and Administration Services
This is an On-Demand Service offered to existing clients. Once Setup, it allows us to support clients by securely logging into their Network or Security Systems for, staff training, to make system changes or firmware updates, or remotely Search/Download OH&S or Intrusion Event Footage and then provide the footage to the Business Owner or Department Head for their own records, tenants, security, police etc.
What are some services provided?
- Security Software Staff Training.
- Remotely Troubleshoot or Update Burglar Alarm System Settings or User Codes etc..
- Remotely Arm/Disarm Security Alarm System.
- Remotely Troubleshoot or Update CCTV Security System Settings & Firmware.
- Remotely Search or Download Event CCTV Footage with includes: (a) Package Files and Help File into a Folder(s) (b) Provide a Temporary URL for Download. (c) Client can click link to easily retrieve files or forward the link to the appropriate person.
This Service Is Charged At:
$90 + GST Per Hour (Billed in 5 minute increments).
