It uses a high level integration developed with each of the manufacturers supported to report as much information as possible on the operation of that system to our alarm controlroom operators. If an issue arises our operators respond according to your prewritten instructions. This could range from simply notifying you, to contacting onsite staff, IT Department, dispatch a technician with replacement parts, or requesting a technician to try fix the issue via advanced remote diagnostic and maintenance tools.
